Overview
Italian-inspired rooftop oasis, perched above the Potomac.
Bringing a large slice of Italian vibes to the The Warf, Officina is a stylish multi-level and multi-venue spot. Here you find both a specialty market and a modern trattoria, but the real gem is the top floor Terrazza, inspired by the rooftops in Rome.
Open year-round, blending together a lush and charming indoor/outdoor space and equipped with cozy fire-pits and heaters, the Terrazza offers amazing views over the Wharf and the river.
Created by Michelin-starred chef Nicholas Stefanelli, the rooftop stays true to its "homeland" aperitivo culture. Here you can enjoy a menu of crafted seasonal cocktails, an expansive selection of champagne, beer and some small Italian bites.
Beautiful both in sunlight and at night, as well as in summer and winter, Officina's terrace is truly a year-round rooftop oasis.
Space on the Terrazza is generally first-come, first-served, but lounge and firepit seating can be booked. You can also reserve the adjacent private event space.
