Tortuga DC is a Caribbean bar & grill, bringing a large slice of tropical island vibes to the heart of Capitol Hill.

This colorful venue comes with a spacious and lofty ground floor dining room and streetside patio, complemented with a lush, charming and airy rooftop terrace. Heated, and usually equipped with rooftop-tents during the colder months, the Tortuga rooftop is open year-round.

Aiming to provide a sancturay away from the hustle and bustle of Washington DC, Tortuga serves Tiki-inspired frozen cocktails and tropical buckets, a large selection of Rum, and dishes packed with Caribbean flavors.

Open nightly for dining and drinks in a vibrant and colorful atmosphere surrounded by island music, Tortuga offers 'Caribbean Happy Hour' every weekday, and brunch with bottomless Mimosas every weekend.
