Overview
A must-stop for lunch located in the new Modern Wing of the Art Institute of Chicago.
Terzo Piano rooftop bar has a couple of features that really makes it unique. First off, it's located at the Modern Wing of the Art Institute of Chicago. Second, it has some very special opening hours, serving lunch daily and then open for dinner or cocktails on Thurday evenings and brunch on Sundays.
A bit quirky features aside, this is a really lovely Chicago rooftop bar and restaurant. Here you find a spacious, minimalistic and modern indoor space that opens up to a half covered terrace with really cool views of the skyscrapers in downtown Chicago.
Enjoy fresh, local, organic cuisine with alot of Italian influences, along with carefully selected wines and well made cocktails.
The atmosphere and crowd at Terzo Piano is what you would expect from art museum location, towards classy and sophisticated. So while it is a natural pit stop for anyone visiting the mueseum, it is alos well worth coming here for the terrace alone, especially for a sunny lunch or rooftop brunch.
One of the most popular Chicago rooftop restaurants for a fine lunch.
