Found on top of the Société des Arts Technologiques, Labo Culinaire is somewhat of a hidden Montreal rooftop gem, offering an inventive and local selection of cuisine and drinks.

The charming third floor terrace comes filled with communal tables, and surrounded with views over the surrounding skyscrapers and the next door (and very impressive) Stratosphere.

Here you can indulge in an evolving menu filled with seasonal products, which mostly are organic and local. Thoughtful "from farm to table" dishes are complemented with a carefully curated and 100% biodynamic & natural wine list, a creative cocktail list focused on local distilleries, as well as a large selection of local beers from the best microbreweries in the area.
