Located on top of the classic and fantastic Hotel Nelligan in Old Montreal, the chic and swanky Terrasse Nelligan serves some fantastic views over the Old Port, St. Lawrence River and the Notre-Dame Basilica. Among other things.
Open daily during the warmer months, you can visit for delicious lunches and dinners, or thirst-quenching cocktails and vibes just about anywhere in between.
The balcony-like terrace is surrounded by greenery, lighted by either the sun or the cosy hanging lanterns. There is also a retractable roof and heaters, so the Nelligan rooftop can stay open during pretty much any weather (closed in case of heavy rain).
The rooftop bar offers an extensive selection of food and drinks, from creative and well-made cocktails, the famous clear sangria and a large selection of wine, to premium cuts of meat, fresh fish, burgers and refreshing appetizers.
Walk-ins are welcome, but reservations are recommended for Terrasse Nelligan. Especially if the weather is nice, as the vibrant terrace is a popular spot and can fill up pretty quickly.
