Created, and named after, the visionary and Swedish chef Marcus Samuelsson, the venue might not be on top of the hotel, but the third floor location still means great views over downtown and the iconic Leonard Cohen mural. Especially from the lush and covered terrace, blending with the marble-stylish interior.
